Calming Golden Mylk
Known for its anti-inflammatory properties, turmeric complements Calm's antioxidant-heavy blend, aimed at relaxing the mind and body.
Calming Golden Mylk
+ 3/4 cup boiling water
+ 1/2 cup coconut milk (canned with no gums)
+ 1 tsp ground ginger
+ 1/2 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
+ 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
+ 1/2 tsp black pepper (helps body absorb turmeric)
+ 1 tbsp Calm
Add ingredients to a blender, pour into a mug, and sprinkle with cinnamon.
