Vitality Honey Miso Ginger Buddha Bowl
+ 2 Tbsp tahini
+ 1/2 Tbsp chickpea miso
+ 1 tsp mycro Vitality honey
+ Pink salt to taste
+ 1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger
+ Water to thin
For the bowl:
+ Cooked quinoa
+ Roasted sweet potato
+ Pumpkin seeds
1. Prepare quinoa and sweet potato ahead of time.
2. Add sauce ingredients together and whisk until smooth. Add water until desire thickness is reached.
3. Assemble bowl and then drizzle on the sauce!
