We accept unopened items for a full refund or store credit. You have 7 days from the date you receive your shipment to return your items.
Please e-mail email@example.com with your name and order number so we can look up your order and initiate a return request. Once your request is approved, you will be responsible for sending your return back using ship services such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
After your return has been processed, you will be refunded the full amount of the items returned, minus the cost of shipping. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it can take 5-10 business days to post the refund to your account.
For any returned items, we do not refund the original cost of shipping.
We do not offer item exchanges.
Items purchased during seasonal sale periods are eligible for store credit only. Store credit will be issued via a gift card.
Items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
We do not offer returns on international orders.
